I sited down the back end of my DAK the other day and it looked like the right rear wheel stuck out of the wheel well by a half inch. The dealer looked at all the 2 wheel drive daks on the lot and they were all off by a half inch! The fix was adjusting the bed of the truck. This makes sense because I remember looking at the gap between the cab and the bed and it looked off by a little bit.

Thats crap. My dak has 3k on it(all stock). Going on for first service tomorrow. My major gripes are: The alignment is way out, has been since new. And the right rear wheel sticks out. My bed and cab are lined up fine. I have done a dozen body lifts, i can sight a cab. Mine pulls to the right constantly. I thinks it's partly because of the wheel thing. I have looked at other 2wd daks that don't have this problem. Piss's me off. Don't buy their crap. It's easier to loosen and move a bed, than it is to get the rear axle straight. How is your alignment.

01' swb reg cab same thing, also have slack in the rack and pin.
