 Subject: A/C Problem

'01 CC, 4.7, Auto. Air conditioner would not work when truck started. It appears the system is "dead". The light on the control panel doesn't come on and the compressor clutch doesn't engage and the fan doesn't operate. Checked all fuses and swapped relays. Swapped control panel with a known good one. Scanned with engine on and off---no set codes, no pending codes. System pressure checks good. Compressor clutch will operate with 12 volts applied to connector. Low pressure switch checks good. I guess I'll get into the wiring tomorrow. It looks like it might be the PCM. I'm dreading that as it is an expensive trip to the dealer. The PCM will have to be programmed for the security system. Anyone have experience with this problem?
