Probably not much. With all the 318s out there, every junkyard should have lots of them.

A new set that is assemballed runs around $600. Considering all the work that would need to be done to make sure the old heads are in top shape I'd second Kowalski's guess.
$200-250?
Check for cracks... the magnum heads are prone to cracking.
