 Subject: Tire and wheels questions

I am thinking of treating my Dak to a set of wheels and wide tires for Xmas and have a couple of questions:
I have decided on a set of Chrome R/T wheels and am looking at 255/60-17 for the front and 275/55/17 for the back. Has anybody else tried this combo? Any problems with clearance?
Next any recommendations for the Wheels I have seen plenty of them on E bay? I am calling the dealers on monday for a price from them
Lastly type of tires. I am leaning toward Michelin Cross terrain, But Perelli Zero also comes in both sizes?
