Hello All:

I am a Durango owner. Currently At Dodge Talk, we are putting together a group buy for the rear disk brake conversion kit. It is not the same kit that you are showing in your group buy section. The kit that we are going for is high quality and high tech. Most of the components are made by WILWOOD. Also, the price for one unit is considerably lower than the kit you are showing. The normal one unit price for this kit is $450.00.

As of yet, we do not have a final price, or a final list as to what the kit all includes. The individual that is selling the kits is just starting his parts business, adding it to his exsisting automotive business.

why would u want to spend money on that when 90% of the stopping power comes from the front brakes. If you were going to get some kind of new brakes it seems like you would want to upgrade your front rotors and brake pads.

Possibly becuase if you actually tow with the durango and not just haul your kids to soccer...

... you actually have weight on the rear axle and therefore a Rear-disc brake conversion could actually help you stop better.
