when your engine is putting out its max. hp. the throttle plates will be wide open thus creating ZERO/NO intake manifold vaccume meaning that your vaccume operated heater controls have ZERO vaccume to operate on............all until you take your foot off the accelerator thus creating vaccume and then all your vac. operted accesories will come to life........
makes sense to me ana wayz
if not all those years of technical training down the drain........
