can a bad 02 sensor make a vehicle run rough, bog and backfire .does this occasionally then goes away.anybody ever had a bad 02 sensor and what were the symptons.

Yes to symptoms, but so can other things like a bad MAP sensor. Failing O2 sensors cause a run-rich condition. Has gas mileage dropped off lately? You may notice black smoke as well as it worsens. Smell raw gas? Runs rough in lower rpm, but cleans up as the rpms climb.
