Has anyone found a good source for cheap 16" rims (steel or alloy) for snow tires? I don't want to run 15" wheels but I haven't found a source for wheels at a decent price...

Have you looked at thetirerack.com? They sell winter tires already mounted on steel wheels for the Dakota and everything else. It looks like a good deal.
