You know I have a friend who has a 2002 Dodge Stratus, which is a 4 cylinder. Yet it too has SXT on it, we ca`nt figure that out. Any ideas of why they may have put SXT on it, being it is a 4 cylinder and all?

It means Super Xtreme Tires. Yes it is one step up from the base, but the tires and wheels look nice

It doesnt mean that they have 6 cylanders. The SXT is offered in most models (I havent seen a Ram with that package, do they make it?). It comes with the Durango which has a V8 standard.

Yeah, I have a friend that has an SXT Durango and it has more options than my SLT+ Dakota... and I thought the only thing I was missing was leather. I know he has driver/passenger temp controls and I don't even know if Dakotas offer (or need) that. We both have 2002's.
I'd rather have my overhead convenience then the side to side temp anyway ... and a bed.
