I've never had any problems starting my truck until yesterday afternoon. It never got above 40 here yesterday and the truck wouldn't keep running after I started it. It would start fine, but as the RPM's started down they never stopped going down, and it happened very quickly. So on the fourth try I stepped on the gas pedal slightly after it had started and I could keep it running. As soon as I let off the gas it would die. Once the engine had warmed, about 3 or 4 minutes, it would idle just fine. What's the problem?

Might need to clean the TB, especially the area around the IAC (idle air control). You can get some weird stuff like this after changing a battery or if it gets real run down on voltage too.
