Went to NTB yesterday to get a tire rotation and and alignment. Have a 2002 cc slt+ v6 4x2 with 11,100 miles. I get a call from them an hour later saying my upper ball joints are out! This is what was causing my clunking sound that I have been dealing with for the past year. Right after I bought the truck new I took it back complaining about this. Three times back to the dealer in the past year and they still said nothing was wrong! Going in on Monday to raise hell, now my tires are wearing bad and other problems could arise.
