 Subject: Front Bumper Sagging

I recently bought a used 99 Dakota and have noticed the front bumper is sagging down on the sides. As far as I can tell this truck has never been hit. My father had a Ram that had the same thing. The front bumper on the sides looks like it is sagging down from the fender flares. Anyone know a fix for this? Anyone else seen this problem?

it may have not been hit but, they probably hit something. look at the center of the bumper. it is probably pushed up and in a little. those mounting brackets for the bumper give pretty easy.
