Message: I don't know if this will help... I have seen repair kits for vinyl. Someting in them to make a mold of the pattern, a paste applied to the damaged area, the mold placed over the paste til it cures. Maybe an automotive supply, or look in the phone-book for upholstery repairs etc

Message: well one thing that ive learned from trying to keep a set of plastics on my race 4-wheeler look good, is to use some degreaser to get them really clean, then i use a small amount of motor oil on a rag, wipe it into the plastic good, and it helps hide the scratches better then armorall or stuff like it. i dont know if youd want it inside your cab though
