Hi there i have a 02 dak with the full-time transfer case, but i have a open rear end. i am looking into getting a posi unit, i can get a new one for 300 cnd but i am just wondering how hard they are to install?? please help

they are easy to install... however it is nearly imposible to set the syncro on the gears without the proper tools. Have a driveline shop do it to save all the trouble. Thing is you will wear out your gears very quickly if they are not in perfect sync, thats where you will get howling gears.
