 Subject: abs light

i have a 94 with 4x4 and abs and just recently the abs and parking brake light stay on while driving. they are on when i start it up and stay on untill i turn it off. after reading several threads in this forum im still confused. i dont think it is the speed sensor because the lights are always on. the brake lights outside are fine and no fuse is blown. what can it be? thank you
