Hey, has anyone out there, heard or seen a 5.7L Hemi in a Dakota??? I've got a 98 with the 3.9L and desperately want something with some more juice. If anyone knows where I can get a cheap 5.2 or 5.9 to drop in my truck that would be just as nice, but I'd really like to know if the Hemi will fit. HELP!!! Thanks.

Yes, it'll fit. 440's will fit, a Hemi certainly will.

I dont understand. For the price of the new Hemi you could build a really nice streetable 5.9 no problem. And it's make for your current engine compartment, some accessories, and possibly tranny.
That's actually got me considering a 5.9 swap into an older Durango.
