I'm 54 years young, and I just bought a 2003 Dakota club cab (Atlantic Blue Pearlcoat) with the Stampede package. I didn't have a lot of choice when I bought the truck (most of the leftover 2003 Daks at my local dealer were equipped with the Stampede pacakge), but I probably would have bought one anyway if I had the choice. I get a LOT of compliments on both the color and the Stampede package.

I suppose R/T's with the Stampede package will end up as being quite rare, due to the late introduction.

Yeah, the Stampede rocks. I got a reg. cab in graphite with the 4.7L and I love it. I put a roll pan on and dual exhaust, some euro carbon fiber tails and clear headlights, I took the " Special Badging " off and I think it looks sweet. I have'nt seen to many others on the road.

they started in 03 with late availability. There are pics available on the Dodge web site here:

Mine is done in the silver metallic. People think it's a custom job. I just hadn't seen any others around here. I sent a picture in to the photos section, but they haven't posted it yet.

Keeping in mind that my truck is silver, this is on the sticker inside the bumper & should contain the part #.

I have it on my R/T. Makes my 2003 all the more rare, come re-sell value!
It rocks! I have had many, many compliments on the R/T's Le Mans-style 'look'.

I have an '03 R/T that came with the Stampede group. I replaced the front bumper with a Stillen cover, left the side skirts alone, and replaced the rear skirts and bumper with the Cervini's Sniper kit, it wraps around a lot better than the OEM equipment did.

I have a 03 dakota stampede with a 4.7 with
a5spd 3.55 gear ratio with limited slip it
also came with ground effects and bed side
rails i bought new off the lot in perth
ontario in 05 it had 600kms it now has
146,000kms i have used nothing but royal
purple synthetic oil in the motor tranny and
rear end since u have had the has been
perfect truck and no plans on getting rid of
it
