Subject: Camber on passenger side of 4x4? IP: Logged
Message: I've been noticing the passenger side tire on my new 4x4 QC didn't seem to be plum, especially compared to the driver side tire. I had thought it might be an optical illusion but I put a level on both tonight. Driver side perfect, passenger off at least 3/8" (top away from truck, positive camber I believe). Looking at other 4x4 Daks at work there seems to be several like that. Can it be corrected?

Message: Yes it can. Take it to your local alignment shop to do it right. Camber for 2001 Dakota (all but RT) is -.25 degrees.

Message: Thank you! Although I actually described it wrong. The wheel needs to come out at least 3/8 from the top to be plum! Right now it is negative camber.
