Subject: Power Windows Q IP: Logged
Message: When lowering my driver side window it seems to slow starting about 6 inches down. After about 2 or 3 inches, it accelerates as normal. After awhile I began to notice this is happening in colder temps. I tried to loosed the door panel a little to see if it was sticking but no luck. Anyone else have this prob? Is it the window motor? If so is that expensive to replace? Thanks in advance for any help. Winter is coming and I dont wannt get stuck with my window down!

Message: Believe it or not, I had a rock stuck in the track of one of my windows. It was slow, but it also made noise. You might want to check that if you haven't already.
