Subject: Help! Can't remove my belt tensioner! IP: Logged
Message: My idler pulley bearings just went south and I'm trying to get the tensioner assembly off of the truck.
I have a 2001 QC with a 4.7L engine.
There is only one bolt that holds the assembly to the block and it won't budge.
Does anybody know if that bolt is left handed or is it a standard right hand thread?
Has anyone else replaced this unit?
Please Help.
Thanks

Message: its not hard to remove. its not left hand threads either. just put a lil balls behind it. most of the ones that i have to do in my dealership are hard as heck. just in case it is a 13mm.
