 Subject: Ignition switch positive feed?

I have a power window kit which requires me to tie into the + feed of the ignition switch.
1. How do I get to it?
2. How do I know which wire is the correct one?

what kind of vehicle?
the wire is in the harness comming from the key.
if you tell me the year i can tell you which wire it is.

It's a 99 Dakota Club Cab. I took the bottom panel off (the one below the ignition switch). There are alot of wires, some the same color.
