 Subject: e-brake adjustment

Hey everyone,
This may be a stupid question but I have a 2003 Dodge
dakota with 4 wheel disc brakes and was wondering how I
can adjust the emergency/parking brake cable. I have had a
quick look at it and I don't see an adjustment.

Don't they have shop manuals for vehicles
anymore? That sort of thing should be listed &
described in detail in some sort of manual
somewhere.
Anyone that has enough coordination to feed
himself with a fork and knife should be able to
do simple maintenance on his vehicle, and should
buy a good shop manual the same day he buys the
truck. A decent set of tools from Sears or
Snap-on should be a standard buy for his 16th
birthday, too.
