 Subject: 31's On A stock Suspension 2WD

I have a 2000 2wd Dak with 4.7, auto, club cab. Stock tires are 255/65/15.

I am going to change to a larger (taller) tire - either a 265/70/15 or 31/10.5/15.

Question: Will the stock suspension handle the 31's without rubbing?

What about installing the Fabtech 2" springs? Would that be benificial? In real life terms just how much lift are those springs good for installed on a V8?
