Subject: Headlights getting moisture? Annoying!

I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota and bought these diamond cut headlights and clear corner lights:

I love them and they really add a lot to the truck's appearance. My problem is the passenger side clear corner light keeps fogging up inside, getting moisture and what not. Both headlights and the driver side clear corner light are fine.

I've read they're supposed to be sealed completely to keep out air, but the corner lights have small holes in back. Then I read these were vent holes to prevent fogging. Well whatever the case, it's fogging up and really driving me crazy. I double checked all lamp seals, no go, even trying covering up the vent holes on both sides. Again, same problem. The passenger side corner lens always fogs up while everything else is fine.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as how to resolve this. Should I widen the vent holes? Seal them up completely again? ugh.
