Ok, I did the key thing and got this diagnostic. Now what on earth does it mean and tell me I don't have to take it to an overpriced dealer to fix! :D

I bet its your gas cap...I had the same reading and the dodge dealers replaced my gas cap....but it is a 2002 and was under warranty....check to make sure it is on properly.

I had a problem with my gas cap in the past but I don't recall if it was the MIL light on before or not. At that time, the dealer told me to make sure the gas cap was on tight and sure enough, that was the deal. I made sure it was on tight this time as well, even refilled the tank and the light is still on. Mine is a 2002 as well with only about 28,000 miles.

I did the same thing and it made no difference..The cap needed to be replaced....they said it had rust on it or something.
