 Subject: Program a 97 Dak remote? Keyless entry?

OK, before you start telling me to search the archives, I DID. The only thing I found were directions to program a remote with a "panic" button.
Well, in 1997 the remote didn't have a panic button. Is there anyone on this site that works for Plymouth/Dodge/Chrysler? There has to be a way to program this new remote without having to go to Dodge and pay $35.00 for 30 seconds worth of work. The dealer uses the DRBIII to program the keyless entry/Alarm.
My remote has two buttons: LOCK and UNLOCK.
Any directions would be greatly appreciated.
