Does anyone know the difference, if any, between the rear springs that were used from 87-94 and from 95-96 and later? I noticed at one vendor site on-line that they broke them out by year that way, and I always thought that there has never been a change since 87.

Can't answer your question, but I have a set of rear springs from a '78 or '79 Roadrunner (based on Volare) I stripped out. Don't know if they were better than the base model springs or not. You'd have to arrange shipping if you want them. I also still have hood, trunk, rear bumper and passenger side t-top if anyone can use any of this stuff, I'm in Mass. I've heard there are some differences between those older 8 1/4's and the Dak rears, you probably knew that, and that the oddball transverse torsion bars in those cars weren't known for great handling. Good luck with your project.
