Message: Tighten the hose clamp.
If that doesn't work, loosen the clamp, push the hose down and then tighten the clamp.
On my Gen II, the neck on the housing is so long the hose does not make it all the way down.

Message: OK everybody... Go look at the base of your thermostat housing and see if it looks like a crispy green experiment. (3.9, 5.2, 5.9)
These things are made of stamped steel and are CRAP--- has anyone found a heavier aftermarket replacement?
Get a new housing and gasket. There are a LOT of these leaking. Parts <$10. It is easier to pull the A/C compressor (don't discharge) and use a 90 deg die grinder with a scotch brite pad. The old gasket will be a bitch to get cleaned off.
Re install the hose before putting the compressor back on; just be sure the tabs on the hose clamp do not interfere with the compressor (turn the tabs to the back or front)
