Hi, I just bought a red 98 club cab Dakota and I'm looking for some input on what I should do to turn heads. I'm looking to ad mods to the interior and exterior. I'm limited on money. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Depends.
Do you want to raise it up to a mud slinging off-road killer? Or do you want to drag the frame along the ground?
I suggest you check out the Raised/Lowered forums for which ever way you want to take your truck. That way, you can get some more direct input on how to customize your dakota.
