Message: Have a 2000 QC with 53K miles. Never had a problem with it until today. Went to open my hood today and nothing happened. Upon closer inspection, noticed the cable was stripped. Now I can't open the hood. Any way to fix this without having to bring to a shop? Would appreciate any suggestions.
