Message: Since truckperformance.com is offering free shipping on shocks, I'm thinking of buying a set for my 01 cc 4.7 4x4. Do any of you have experience with Bilsteins, KYB Monomax, or Eldebrock shocks? I do very little offroading, mostly interstate driving, but I do find the stock shocks a bit soft. Any recommendations? Anyone familiar with any comparison tests?
Message: Should have done a search first. There's lots of stuff posted already. Sorry about the spelling for Edelbrock. I'm still curious if anyone has experience with the KYB's. Dak owners seem to like both Edelbrocks and Bilsteins and others but didn't see much on KYB's. They're cheaper than the other two but not by enough to keep me from paying a few dollars more if either of the other two are obviously superior.
