There wasn't enough interest in pre-paying for a hotel room for $10 off, so I had to cancel the bulk reservation today before it would start costing me money to hold the rooms. If you reserved a room at the Super 8 Hotel then I recommend you call them at 1-480-961-3888 and make sure that the cancellation didn't affect your individual reservation.

The discount off of the entry fee is still going strong, but I need to start receiving confirmation from people who are planning to attend and make arrangements to receive funds. I must have your $35 fee ($15 discount off of normal $50 entry) by October 4th (1 week prior to the event). Contact me at SinCityRT@dakota-durango.com to get on the list or to discuss payment options! Here's the names I have so far as potential attendees: Trevor Totten, Justin West, Travis Higgins, Troy Bilse, Brian Cropp, Russ Crow, Lane, Rick Gindoy, Billy Webster, John Higgins, Mike Pitts, Duner, Scott Lusebrink, Scott Quaranta.

For people who haven't followed along... The Truckin' Nationals is a big 2-day event held at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix Arizona, October 11-12 2003. There's a big state-to-state cruise from SoCal and pre-registration party available on the 10th as well if you're interested. The event has drag racing, big truck show, 4x4'ing, huge vendors areas, etc. etc... Last year we had somewhere around 35 Dakotas in attendance as well as plenty of Lightnings and other trucks to compete against. More info is available at www.firebirdraceway.com or www.truckinationals.com.
