Hi all i just bought a 2003 quad cab slt4x4 silver in color. I'm looking at getting an aftermarket bug deflector something smoked in color. Any recommendations on which look the best and fit the best on a Dakota? Also i guess they all will be taped on? I'm favoring "Autoventshade" bug deflectorII!
Your recommendations are mucho appreciated!!

They sell autoventshade's bugflector II for $59 cdn at wal-mart....but why would you want to stick anything on your new truck and screw up your crappy dodge paint job up. At least you got silver....that will hid most of your scratch marks.

I had a bugflector II from autoventshade and it was terrible! Hardly stopped bugs/stones from hitting the windshield on my first Dakota and it also kept wanting to come off, the tape did not hold it well. Now with my 2003, I have put on a Lund Interceptor, it does not stick on, it fits easily between the hood/grille and is solid, deflects bugs great, and does not even touch the paint on your hood. Go with a Lund Interceptor, got mine from www.truckaddons.com
