I saw a Black Dakota parked outside my friends neighbors house who was having a party. This is in Eagan, Minnesota. I swear I've seen that Dakota on here before somewhere.

-Black Paint
-Black Rims
-Yellow Lettered Tires
-Carbon Fiber Tails

I dont remember if it was a RC or Ext Cab.

I saw it the night of August 23
