My instrument panel on my 98 dakota 4x4 cub cab, keeps cutting off and on. It effects the speedometer, gas, oil pressure and temp. But if i cut it off and back on it works for a second or 2 then goes out again. Also the abs light came on as well as the airbag. It just started this crap. The instruments work for a few seconds but way i know its about to cut out is the odometer starts to flash and the speedometer stops working. done tried the ground strap bolts that hold the dash in place.

I have a entire instrument cluster from a 97 Dak w/ tach i got from a junkyard and ended up not using it.
25 bucks OBO
just sittin around collecting dust

Unsure if that will fix problem? Thanks for the offer. Just in case where are you located? I have taken the entire dash apart and checked all the connections and pins and wiring. nothing looks bad. I also had auto zone do a check on the diagnosic port and no codes came up. I know it has to be something easy. But i know nothing about the dakotas.
