Sincity...where did you get your hood and bumper cover at?Did you get it straight through there website or another one for cheaper.I was also looking at the clear headlights too,but i dont know what grille to get yet.

Be careful about ordering a hood from SunCoast. I ran the group buy from them this past spring and SunCoast does not get a thumbs up from me.
Some of the issues were late shipment, warped hoods, dimples apprearing in the hood weeks later, being charged more than we were quoted, phone calls not returned, the list goes on and on as did SunCoat's excuses. I am not certain that anyonbe in the group buy received a hood they were satisfied with.

Taken from Clint's email:
"I am now taking deposits of $200 US for the first production run due to ship in late September. The halogen kits are $450 and the HID kits are $1000 US. The halogen kits come in Silver, Graphite or Semi-gloss Black. The HID kits come in those colors or color-matched to any factory color."

I just got an e-mail from DRaven and they said that they are in the middle of an upgrade to the kit. Watch the website for more details on our progress.
Once the redesign is complete, we may entertain the idea of a Group Buy with 10 or more orders.
So SWEET....If anybody is really interested in them let's put it together. I AM IN!!!!!!

I would be interested, but wouldn't want the section painted like above but an all clear housing. At the least frosted.
I also wouldn't mind the projectors behind the lens, but these may be a whole new headlight design.

I would be interested in the Lighting when it becomes available. I went to the DRaven website and there are no links to an actual purchase, just a notice that they will be available this summer. A couple of the supplied "Prototypes" links to pictures were of the assembly before they were painted (ie. clear as the original equipment), and looked good as well, will they be available clear as well? As I have already purchased the "Other" crystal light replacement assemblies, and am not exactly overwhelmed with any real improvement to night time lighting performance I would like to hear of any real opinions of this type of lighting assembly performance. I have had an Audi that used such lighting (not HID) and it WAS a great system. Any other information on improving Dakota/Durango lighting would also be appreciated.

Although we love it, we are considering selling our Durango if we can't get a better headlight system. Whenever we're driving at night, we swear we have to get rid of it! Can't see worth a darn, especially on dark country roads, rainy nights, or in the woods with lots of deer crossings. We've actually stopped and gotten out of the truck to see if the lights are even on! Any news on these DRaven projector lights? Has anyone actually tried them? Are the so-called diamond crystal clear lenses any good?
