Subject: General Clunking Noise IP: Logged
Message: So this week will be the 3rd week that I will be taking my truck to the dealer for a clunking noise that is very loud.
The last time that I had it to the dealer they said that they have seen a couple with the same problem and it ended up being a clip that broke in the clutch pack, and they had to replace the differential.
I am taking it back in tomorrow and will let you know what the verdict is once it's found, or hopefully repaired.

Message: The dealer just called and said that it's the upper control arm for the front end that is making the noise. This sounds more feasable seeing that I could have sworn that the noise was coming from the front end.
what sucks is that the part they need is on national back order. :(
