 Subject: adding temp sensor

I installed the overhead computer in my 01" dak. everything works but the temp readout. does any one have any info on how to add the ambient temp sensor?? or sould the wiring harness already be somewhere?

Good question. The wiring harness may or may not be in place. Was the harness there for the overhead computer? If so maybe the temp sensor wiring is in place as well. You'll have to look.
The temp sensor for the '01 is located on the radiator support , next to the passenger side headlight, behind the grill. If you post your e-mail I can send some info on the location and installation of the sensor.

no, the harness was not there for the overhead I had to wire it. I checked for the temp sensor, no harness there either. If I knew the wire colors and were they lead i'd be set. my e-mail is stilez44515@hotmail.com
