Ok, so last week the Check Engine light comes on. The code says P1762 (I think it was) which is the Governor Pressure Sensor.
At the same time, the truck didn't like to accellerate off the line. The engine RPMs were jumping past 1500 before the truck would start moving. There was also a really loud clunk when putting it in reverse.
Drop the truck off at the dealer for repairs.
Yesterday they tell me that after spending two days diagnosing, they found out that it was a PRessure Sensor in the tranny that was bad (by replacing it on a whim). This took care of the accelleration problem, and the engine code.
Now for the clunk (which the machanic said he heard in 2nd gear).
It turns out there is supposed to be a recall for the ball in the trasnmission valve body to repalce the metal one with a nylon one. Something about it becoming peened due to the force when it shifts back and forth. They think this is the cause of the clunking.
So, after a week, I still have to wait for them to get the parts for the valve body.

Just thought ya'll might like to know.
