I'm not much for track times...lets race on a nice deserted road...I mean why stop at the 1/4 mile? I like to see my topend come alive & if you gotta squeeze your bottle to win, hey ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I've raced anything from juiced R/T's to blown R/T's to turbo supras and cammed out stangs but its fun to see their jaw drop when they don't hear a whine or tney can't find any solenoids. :)
Hey Greg...when have u ever seen a guy in an R/T that don't look funny...LOL

Maybe you want to race top speed cause you need 3 miles to get that thing going.

Well the original post was about 4.7's and 318's & since you felt the need to chime in I assumed you were a 318 bored to a 340 and yeah I've heard of 340's but since your not a 318 then this post wasn't directed to you then was it?
Thats kinda saying alot that I need 3 miles to get my truck moving when your the one using a 300 shot to get that heavy@ss CC boat down the track.
So if you never need to spray why do you have it on your truck then?

Dunno why all the sh*t talking on the R/T, I've had mine 3 months and it's definitely not a lead sled as many says it is.
my last car ran low 14s all day long and even though the R/T isnt as fast, its definitely within a second of my CRX.. low 15s stock isnt bad at all for a damn truck, I don't see any 4.7s or 318s doing that bone stock...

i too have seen 5.2's running low 15s stock... and some high 14s with minor bolt ons.
geez... you both have bad ass truck but if you remember what mike said "Every 4.7 or 318 I come next too are too scared to race."
so you havent pulled up next to mike on the road... dont need to start the crap on the internet. Only one solution.
