I got a 99 dakota reg cab. 3.9l and noticing a SLIGHT lifter noise on cold start up. Any comments??

Nothing to be worried about as long it is not pronounced, and you hear it when the engine is warm. Even then, most people mistake the injectors firing as lifter noise.
