3 1/2 years on over the rail Line-X in my '01 bed's had wood, sharp metal, rocks, concrete and loads of general garbage not 1 cut mark no fade.
This truck is parked outside 24/7 365 days/yr all I have to do is power wash the bed it's starting to fade in 2 spots but it's probably had at least a dozen years of weather compared to a garaged vehicle.

I just got a price of 320.00 in CO. for a Toff liner by Artlux on my '05 Dak. Has anyone had this brand and is it worth the 100.00 or so savings as compared to the Rhino and Line-X dealers I called?

I have used Rhinoliner for my past 2 Dakotas. I've been happy with it... each time. I had the coating tinted to match the truck color (red). I had a bed cover that protected it from fadding. Now Rhino Linings has a new product that won't fade and will match the factory color code. It is twice as expensive as the standard Rhino lining. It's called Solarmax. Has anyone experienced it? I'm considering using it on my '08 Dakota.

I believe both products are good options. Quality of the job depends on the shop installing the lining. My first experience with Rhino lining was on a Jeep J10 pickup and it was great, lasted forever. Using that experience I opted for Rhino lining again for my 2004 F150. Really a bad job, very little prep work resulting in peeling and flaking in numerous places. When I took it back for repair of the first chunk that peeled off with little effort, the guy mixed up something that looked like a gob of chewing gum, covered the void area, and then I think he spray painted over that with black paint. Lasted about two days. If anyone in VA or NC wants Rhino, stay away from the dealer in Elizabeth City.
Also, there is no way to be found to contact Rhino Lining headquarters to report this bum work. A lifetime warranty is worthless with these people.
If anyone knows of a way to contact Rhino Lining headquarters, please let me know. This Rhino job of mine needs a lot of work.
