My truck has been running without an airfilter for 3 weeks. Is my engine going to be ok? I didn't have a wire ring to hold my K&N filter on so i duck taped it and it fell off. I cleaned the throttle body today. Any thoughts?

as long as you did not go thru a construction site and the big cloud of dust they produce, and stayed off the sand dunes, probably no harm

it seems to run just fine. should i change my oil? i just did it a month ago but maybe just to be on the safe side?
