Message: Park your truck out in the sun for a day and you'll be fine. I tinted mine in the early morning, let it sit all afternoon in the sun and was able to roll them down that night.

Message: Running the heater in the truck will also help speed the process up.

Message: He probably wants to roll them down so the trooper doesn't see that their tinted. Probably illegal tint.
