That should read 1997-2000... The 2001-2003 Dakotas/Durangos have the different dash with 7000rpm tachs.

They are not Nu Image. The Nu Image are easy to put on. These gauges have electronics in them and a dimmer so you can change the colors. They look good, its just that I couldn't figure out where to put the wires so I bought Nu Image gauges instead.
