It could be a decent truck someday, if somebody would tear out the engine, swap in a hemi, swap in a new trans & clutch, put on a good hotchkis or R/T suspension package, put on some R/T wheels and tires, and upgrade the brakes.
So if you're looking for a project donor vehicle, I guess the current bid of about $3500 is OK. Of course, you could find a better project in a junkyard that already had a lot of the V8 parts already stock, and might only need new bodywork.
If it's not a project you're looking for, and you like the idea of a lifted, 2wd 4-banger on huge meats that the little engine probably can't even turn...that probably rub all over the damn place, and that are probably tearing apart the power steering and ball joints....well, buy it if you want it, I guess. But I would seriously consider looking for at least a 6-cylinder with more reasonable tires if it's a cheap truck you're looking for.
