5.9,3.92, full-time 4X4, QC The good: Its torqueing up every hill I dish out in OD. No detonation (although it hasn't been in the 90s yet). But the most amazing thing was 16.2mpg on the first tank. This after testing it on hills, testing passing downshifts, hilly rural roads, 80mi interstate and the city of pittsburgh. Point is, it was horrible mileage type driving! The not so good: Auto trans not refined by any means, especially by todays standards and the engine has a pretty loud, high pitched whistle at idle (what is up with that?).
