Part # 5249521 this is the mopar performance pcm correct? does it matter that I have an auto and this is for a 5spd and also mine is a 94 and this is a 93?

I had a '92 5.2 with the MP computer. The '92-'93 were the same, '94 was different (smaller exhaust manifolds). The 5-speed came out in '94; MP usually made different computers for auto/manual. Some of the current GenII guys maybe can help you with the part #.
