Message: Wow, I am going through the same thing. I have been tweeking this thing for the last couple days. It is about to drive me crazy. I widened a couple holes with the drill to adjust it a little. I cant tell you how many times I have put it on and taken it off. I did not realize that they had changed the rollpan ( mine is also a keystone). I also had to file out the hole for a the lights for the liscense plate because they wouldnt fit. Oh forgot to mention the extra holes I had to drill in the lip to keep the bulges in between from hitting the tailgait. Now I am just worried about the paint peeling. Anyway, I am almost there. By the way, What did you do about accessing your spare?

Message: I have the same problem with my profinish pan. It only rubs a tiny bit so I'm not concerned. I relocated my spare to the bed.

Message: The problem is the pan hits the spark tire crank and won't sit low enough. Solution is to pull the pan, take a die grinder or Dremel to the underside and thin out the fiberglass at the point where the pan touches the crank. Be careful not to grind through.
Mine rubbed at first, but with some massaging it's fine now.

Message: Yea, mine hit the crank to. So I pulled the crank, and cut 3 or for inchs off. Then I put a bolt on the end of the shortened crank. So now, to get my spare, I get a ratchet and I can reach it from just behind the rollpan.

Message: I realize you are removing the spare because of the roll pan, however, have you been able to tell if MBRP plain dual outlet, which is basically 9/10s of the cuda exhaust, would fit with a 16 inch spare? Also, have you contacted them about what is happening?
