I nailed a post with my back bumper and someone else just did me the favor on my front. I'm hoping to buy both bumpers with the insurance money. Does anyone who might have wrecked or modified their Dak have a chrome front or back bumper for sale?

I donot have them for sale but I will tell you NOT to get aftermarket replacement bumpers, I ended up with them on mine and the things are only 2 years old and are rusted out completely on the inside and look like crap on the outside. A guy that works for me has the same year with the stock original equipement bumpers on it and they are in much better shape. Both trucks are "97's.

You could give www.car-parts.com a try, they generally have just about any stock part that you may need, used of course. Or if you are into the performance aspect of your Dak you could get a OEM looking fiberglass or carbon fiber fron bumper to save some weight.

I actually only need the chrome section of the front bumper. Emailed Sean for the rear bumper. On a QC with all the trimmings I don't think I'll worry about weight, but thanks for the info.

Now, anyone out there with the chrome portion of the front bumper to sell?
I can find aftermarket all day long on ebay but am worried about it based on that earlier post.
